Ugandan President Gen Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, who is the Commander-in-Chief (CiC) of armed forces, has sent his wife, Education and Sports Minister Janet Kataaha Kainembabazi Museveni, and top commanders of the UPDF, the national army, to the Western Uganda district of Kasese following a deadly attack by suspected Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels on a secondary school.
