Over week since a foreign investor was awarded a deal for better garbage management at the Kiteezi landfill, Inspector General of Government (IGG) Beti Kamya has cancelled the contract given to Ghanaian firm Jospong Group of Companies. It looks like IGG Kamya has details to suggest that the Kiteezi Kasasiro deal stinks to high heaven.

Sacked Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka, her former Deputy David Luyimbazi and former Director of Public Health Dr Daniel Okello will spend the next two weeks in Luzira Prison after being charged with manslaughter and negligence. It now looks like Kiteezi ghosts have begun haunting Dorothy Kisaka, Luyimbazi and Dr Okello.
