Browsing: Minister Namuganza censure

The tenure of Bukono County MP Princess Persis Namuganza as minister in President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s cabinet might soon be coming to an end after fellow legislators convened for a vote on a motion of Parliament to censure her on Monday, January 23, 2023. 

Junior minister for Lands, Housing and Urban Development is expected to appear before the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Discipline for questioning for undermining the institution of Parliament and for alleged misconduct.
