A Ugandan magistrate has told the Ggaba children’s killer he can apply for bail. Christopher Okello Onyum, the man who killed four children at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Centre last week (and who some chose to legally refer to as a suspect), appeared before the Chief Magistrates’ Court of Makindye were he was formally charged and remanded.
