Serena-based NTV Uganda has said goodbye to another of its senior reports who has landed a juicy public relations job.
Herbert Zziwa had been at the Nation Media Group (NMG) subsidiary for about seven years.
During this time of service, Zziwa also did some work for 93.3 KFM and Daily Monitor, all under NMG.
His NTV Uganda station praised him for his self drive, hard work and for reliability.
“Good bye is indeed a sad word just like some musician put it. Herbert Zziwa, you have been a hard working, reliable and self driven when duty called,” said the television station on Tuesday, October 11.
“We appreciate your efforts and wish you well on your new journey.”
Zziwa has now revealed that he will take up a new job as the Communications Manager of the National Building Review Board (NBRB).
“Today I sign out of the Newsroom after 7 years. Thank you NTV Uganda Daily Monitor 933 Kfm and the viewers,” said Zziwa.
“I now take on my new role as Manager Communications, National Building Review Board (NBRB).”
Zziwa becomes the latest – and certainly not the last – reporter or news anchor to leave NTV Uganda.
A few months ago, news anchor Frank Walusimbi quit NTV Uganda for a new juicy job. (Read Story Here).
