Jose Chameleone Health Condition: What Minister Balaam Barugahara Said after Visiting Singer in Nakasero Hospital

State minister for youth and children affairs Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has visited Ugandan singer Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone in Nakasero Hospital in the capital Kampala.

Jose Chameleone has been admitted at Nakasero Hospital since last week when he was rushed to the facility.

Days after his admission, his son Abba Marcus Mayanja said his father suffered from acute pancreatitis, and that doctors had warned him that he would not live longer than two years if he did not cut his alcohol consumption rate.

During his visit to Jose Chameleone on Saturday, December 21, 2024, Minister Balaam Barugahara prayed for the singer. After the visit, he reported that the Valu Valu singer had registered progress in his journey to recovery.

“Delighted to report he’s recovering well,” said Barugahara, before adding that Jose Chameleone will be heading to the USA early next week “for specialized care,” and wishing him quick recovery.

It should be remembered that President Museveni is expected to pay Jose Chameleone’s medical bills in the top US hospital he will be admitted. (See Details Here).
