LIST! See Names of Teachers Shortlisted for Oral Interviews after Passing Competence Test for Headteacher Jobs

The list of teachers who passed the competence tests for the post of headteachers of government secondary schools is out. Besides the list of applicants who passed the competence test, the Education Service Commission (ESC) has announced dates for oral interviews.

Happening next week, the oral interviews for teachers shortlisted for the payroll jobs will help ESC to choose some candidates and drop others.

Education Service Commission Secretary Asuman Lukwago has made it clear that those missing on the list failed the competence test.

“The Secretary Education Service Commission informs candidates who did the Competence Test for the Post of HEADTEACHER SECONDARY SCHOOLS that, oral interviews will take place from 4th to 7th March 2024 at the Education Service Commission offices, 1st floor, Farmers’ House, Parliament Avenue, starting at 9:00am each day,” announced Lukwago.

“Candidates should note the dates and Boards where they are scheduled and should ensure that they attend as scheduled. Requests for rescheduling will not be accepted. Those whose names do not appear should consider themselves unsuccessful.”

Lukwago advised candidates to carry originals of all their professional or academic certificates, transcripts, employment-related records and national identity card for the oral interviews.
