Prophet Elvis Mbonye issues warning: Stop worshipping science, it’s a global cult that creates fear

Ugandan prophet Elvis Mbonye has issued a stern warning to his followers and the world to stop worshipping science, terming it a global cult that creates fear.

The lead minister at Zoe Ministries, Prophet Elvis Mbonye is famous for his prophecies, most of them accurate.

Now as the world shifts to science for solutions in the face of Covid19, Prophet Mbonye has warned against exalting and worshipping the global science cult instead of God.

The man of God told his followers they had power and choice to embrace faith over fear and overcome science worship.

“We can make life a pleasant experience or an unpleasant experience,” he preached.

“It’s about time we realise that we really do have the power of choice, because when enough people do and choose faith over fear, this global “science-worshipping” cult is history!”

Hours after Mbonye’s warning, Museveni told religious leaders gathered both physically and virtually at State House Nakasero for prayers against Covid19 to consider science-led faith.
