THAT’S VERY USELESS: Jacob Oulanyah’s Father Rubbishes Police Summons Over Son’s Poisoning Claims

Nathan Okori, father to former speaker Jacob Oulanyah, has trashed summons police intends to issue to him for saying that his son was poisoned. 

Speaker Oulanyah died on March 20. (Read Story Here).

During the burial, his father Nathan Okori INSISTED THAT HIS SON OULANYAH WAS POISONED. (Read Story Here).

Police summoned Mzee Okori and several other to tell CID officers more about claims that the former speaker was poisoned. (Read Story Here).

Now, Mzee Okori has told government newspaper New Vision that the summons are useless.

“I didn’t say so-and-so poisoned my son; so, what are they [police] investigating. I didn’t name any suspects. The probe is useless,” Okori was quoted as by the government newspaper as saying.

Meanwhile, internal affairs minister Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire has ‘cancelled’ police summons against Oulanyah’s father and directed police officers to find the old man in Omoro District and talk to him about claims that his son was poisoned. (Read Story Here).
