THE WAIT IS OVER! Uneb Announces UACE 2024 Results Release Date

Assessment body, Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb), has announced UACE 2024 results release date. 

The announcement was made after Uneb officials briefed Education and Sports Minister Janet Museveni on performance in the 2024 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations.

Over 142,000 candidates from 2,634 centers registered to sit UACE 2024 examinations which Uneb conducted in November and December 2024.

The release of UACE 2024 results will happen weeks after Uneb and the education ministry released results for the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) New Lower Secondary Curriculum and transitional examinations, and Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), all conducted by the assessment body.

Normally, the release of all national examinations’ is preceded by Uneb officials briefing the education minister, currently first lady Janet Museveni.

As The Pearl Times reported, Uneb officials met Minister Janet Museveni to brief her on UACE 2024 performance in the afternoon of March 12, 2025 at State House Nakasero.

After briefing Minister Janet Museveni, Uneb officials announced UACE 2024 Results Release Date.

“Briefing of the Minister  ahead of the release of UACE  was successfully carried out this afternoon. UNEB  team was led by the Chair, Prof. Celestino Obua, and ED Mr. Dan Odongo,” Uneb announced.

“Release of 2024 UACE results  is slated for Friday March 14th, 2025 at State House Nakasero, 11:00 am.”
