A video showing Uganda’s Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja confessing that she was struggling to find the right English words to respond to the fuel crisis has gone viral online.
The video shows Nabbanja explaining how she has instructed energy minister Ruth Nankabirwa to order the commissioner for energy regarding the fuel shortages and skyrocketing prices.
Midway the recording, Nabbanja confesses that she has run out of words.
She laughs and sinks in her chair.
Commenting on the video, NUP leader said: “The joke that our country has been reduced to!”
